The Baltimore City based Dyslexia Tutoring Program is a non-profit organization that has helped thousands of children who struggle with dyslexia. One of their biggest growth hurdles is attracting tutors, who volunteer their time free-of-charge.

Our team was tasked with designing their website and creating a digital ad strategy to recruit volunteer tutors to meet their demand.

Over the course of our 30-day digital targeted- advertisement campaign, our advertisements successfully recruited dozens of tutors at a cost-per- acquisition (CPA) of $10-$20 per tutor. This CPA was orders of magnitude lower than the CPA they had seen during their previous radio-advertisement strategy.
